Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Please ensure to have all details pertaining to your purchase available. They will deal with your request directly. To discuss the return of large furniture items delivered to you by our Meubles Home Delivery Team please contact our Customer Service Department. Please note we do not offer cash refunds. We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions Policy for further details. This acknowledgment will also include a tracking code that you can use to track your package via the courier's website. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready and despatched to you within 3-4 days (ROI & NI). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it has been despatched. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Courier'.
